In developing our foils, HENAN FOILS strives for workability, the means to operate across a series of different applications. We work hard with printers and converters to archive the technical standards required, and brand owners and designers to develop eye-catching packaging.

Henan Foils is fully equipped to handle any of your special requirements. Our high volume converting, rewinding, spooling, lever cutting and slitting operations ensures timely delivery of your product to your specifications.

Samples: normally available stock in rolls 640mm x 30m/l or cut to customer specified widths.

Length and Widths 

• Master/ slit rolls: standard 120m, 153m, 244m, 305m and 610m. Other lengths available on request.
• Width rolls: 610mm, 1280mm. Other widths are available on request.
• Jumo rolls: normally 3050m, 6100m and 9000m.
• Tolerance: -0%-1%

Rolls are manufactured to maximum tolerance of plus or minus 1mm.

Production deckle width ( with edges) in master / jumbo rolls 660mm and 1302mm widths.

Henan’s R&D teams develop new products and investigate new technologies. R&D also performs customer specific test requirements, and provides custom color matching, technical and sales support.
